What is the Ticket Access Pass?

The Ticket Access Pass will give you access to pre-sale tickets before the general on sale for the tour. This specific pass will give you access to the ticket pre-sale for the James Blunt Airplane Mode Tour 2027 shows.

How do I use my Ticket Access Pass?

• You will receive a welcome email with your password as soon as your purchase is made
• You will need to login on the store using the link in the welcome email or using the user icon in the top right of the store. We would recommend logging in before the tickets go on sale.
• When you are logged in, tickets will be available for you to purchase on the Tour Dates page. PLEASE NOTE: if you are not logged in you will not be able to see tickets.
• If you forget your password, use the “Reset password” option by clicking the user icon in the top right of the store page at shop.jamesblunt.com
• Please note that if you're buying tickets for Dublin, Prague, Brussels, Milan, Florence, Budapest, Oslo or Copenhagen, you will be redirected to a third party website to do so.

When will I be able to purchase pre-sale tickets?

Pre-sale tickets will be available from the Official James Blunt store when they go on sale on Tuesday 8th September at 10AM local venue time.

Does the Ticket Access Pass guarantee me a ticket?

A Ticket Access Pass only gives you access to purchase a ticket and sales will be made on a first come first served basis. Pre-sale allocations vary by venue, and do not guarantee you will be able to purchase a ticket in the presale period.

What if I sign up via a different retailer or store, do I qualify for exclusive access to tickets?

To qualify for the ticket pre-sale outside of the UK and Germany, you must purchase any version of the new album Airplane Mode via the James Blunt store: shop.jamesblunt.com Please note that the products on this store do not qualify for the ticket pre-sale for UK and German shows. To qualify for UK and German access, pre-orders should be made via your local Amazon website.

What is a presale?

A limited number of tickets will go on-sale to fans before tickets go on general sale to the public. The availability of tickets will be dependent on the number of customers who have pre-ordered an album, as well as the number of tickets allocated by the venue, so please note pre-sale access does not guarantee you a ticket. However, it will give you a better chance of being able to buy one.
